Title : PROJECT MANAGER
Service Location : ABU DHABI
General description :
- Engineering, design (conceptual design and detail design) and project documents and other deliverables as agreed in each Task Order.
- Reviews, assessment and validation of design/engineering documents, project plans and other deliverables and documents developed by other parties.
- Development and reviews of technical specifications, requirement specifications, technical support documents, scope of work definitions, etc for Client tendering processes.
- Independent technical review’s.
- Engineering and project management oversight and coordination services.
- Quality assurance and control services.
- Reviews, assessment and validation of design/engineering documents, project plans and other deliverables and documents developed by other parties.

Other specific responsibilities assigned to the Project Director are:
- Organizing Task Orders in collaboration with the appointed Project Managers by identifying and planning the requirements for the implementation of the missions.
- Being the direct point of contact for fulfilment of any Task Orders, in particular:
o invoice follow-up
o payment reminders
o drafting of any amendments and claims with possible delegation to the Project Manager.
- Qualification and licensing services.
- Testing services (e.g. NDT, electrical testing, mechanical testing, etc)
- Reviews of technical analyses and evaluations.
- Preparations or reviews of feasibility studies

Profile :
- Engineer degree of equivalent with at least 25 years' experience Contract/Project Manager/Management of Framework Contract .
- With experience as Project Manager for Large Thermal Power Plant (> 1000 MW)
- Good communication skills, English mandatory, able to write technical notes.
