Plant Manager
Salary: 14-18,000 USD per month with benefits

This amazing opportunity for an Experienced Plant Manager is based in the incredible Kuwait, where you’ll experience things you never even knew existed. With the perfect mix of Arabian luxuries and Bedouin elements, you’ll never have experienced somewhere like this.
My client is one of the biggest names in the Kuwaiti power industry and are currently undergoing an expansion drive, in which they need new members to join their team to cover this growth. They are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and will put their all into these new projects to ensure success.
You will be an integral member of an ever growing team, ensuring the efficiency and smooth running of the plants, which will eventually result in the sustainable operation and output of results for my client. Furthermore, your duties will include the hiring process for the plant, which you will be involved with alongside the operations director and CEO, amongst other operational duties.
Requirements for this role are:
- University degree in Engineering with an emphasis on power generation from a world recognised university
- A minimum of 10-15 years’ experience within a similar role
- Good technical understanding of power plants
- Strong root cause analysis knowledge
- Ability to adapt to suit a diverse workforce and ideally have experience in a multicultural environment
- Past experience as a plant manager
Desirable traits include
- MBA, specialising in a financial assets field
- Ability to speak Arabic
Salary on offer is 14-18,000 USD per month
