Job Location :- Superintendent, Production

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing all day-to-day operational activities and required policies and procedures to ensure the (P&U) Power & Utilities Plant: staffing, equipment, resources, and systems are in place, performance tested and operational before plant commissioning and operation phases. Assist in developing and managing all resources including a qualified and well trained workforce to safely operate and meet the production strategy, budgets, and operational objectives of MWSPC.

Establishes a strong culture of safety and teamwork to ensure quality implementation of all operational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) processes.

Minimum Education:

Degree in Electrical, Chemical and/ or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with training in management skills 

Experience and Qualifications:

12 to 15 years of managing Power Generation or Utilities Plants in an industrial environment, with 7 of those years in a managerial role in large Industrial Plant Utilities operations.
